“I get it.” “I understand.” “I can relate.” They are all powerful statements and can go far in easing the stress of a friend, neighbor or friendly stranger on the street. No one likes to feel alone in his/her questions and/or concerns. Whether it’s relating to a fellow co-worker about the Monday blues or sharing the stress of caring for an aging parent with a sibling, feeling understood is a comfort we should all be afforded.
If you are hesitant to reach out for financial guidance because you are either pretty sure you “have it all figured out” (Me. That was me 25 years ago.) or you are at a loss for what questions to even ask, I can relate. I get it. I understand. I was once in your boat and will forever be grateful for the life preserver tossed my way when it became painfully clear I was not as prepared as I thought.
No matter where you think you are in the world of financial planning, I can empathize with feeling lost at sea and can help chart your course. It’s what I love to do.
What are your questions? Toss me a line and lets start the conversation.
